• Selection Services: Once the process has commenced and resources have been allocated to your brand’s integration, fees are non-refundable.

• Digital Assets: Access to the Prime ecosystem and custom editorial content (Persona) are considered consumed upon delivery.

• Strategic Alignment: If a partner fails to maintain the "Prime Standards" during their term, Free Malta Prime reserves the right to suspend the feature without a refund to protect the integrity of the 60.

• Disputes: We prioritize direct dialogue to resolve any concerns regarding service delivery.
